1. The Dance of Divergence vs Convergence

The famous double diamond model (seen above) represents a dualistic approach to Design with phases of exploration, and subsequent refinement and focus. First, in a period of creation and expansion, we explore the problem with a non-exclusive view to “outside the box” ideas.
