I’m a product owner and I’ve been working on a design system project since September 2023.

The design system is not a frequent project, and in fact few people work on it.

As soon as I joined the team, I felt completely committed and invested, but I lacked a global vision. I needed to understand what I was getting myself into.

I know I’m not alone in this situation. So I figure it’s time to share what I’ve learned.
