The Power of User Experience

And 5 main reasons for its importance when designing a digital product.

Thinking back to 2000s, the idea of ordering a book, clothing or purchasing a flight from your phone was considered futuristic — even insane. At the time, cell phone technology was in its early stages. Hence, the two most high tech things you could do apart from making calls were sending text messages or playing a game of snake.

However, some years later a revolution would occur. Amazon would open its doors and start selling books on the new concept called a webpage accessible via Internet connection. What followed is advances to digital technology at speeds never seen before.

Today, if your company doesn’t have a mobile app that is accessible everywhere, you’ll be completely out of the market.

However, this accessibility is not the only factor to consider. The access to digital products needs to be ease, smooth and gratifying.

If you were thinking about User Experience… you are totally right!

When you get a design just right, User Experience can feel like a treat for visitors.

Unraveling the User Experience is quite complicated and detailed, so let’s try to break down its power! :)

Today thriving companies with powerful online presence such as Amazon, Facebook or Tik Tok are successful because they have harnessed the technology wave and have mastered their User Experience. User Experience is so much more than just the graphics on the screen.
