Is Your Website Making a Lasting Impression?

website

We have underlined the requirement for a completely built, artistically gorgeous, and excellently operating website. In modern technological environment, the website of your brand or company is the new business card. It’s the first face people see and we simply hope your website welcomes them properly and create a nice lasting impression. And just like individuals, it would take 20–30 seconds to make rapid judgements about what you do, what you provide, and most importantly, how can you assist them. And have you questioned yourself whether your website can answer such queries. If yes, are you actually getting that point across? Let’s examine whether your website has them covered.

Testimonials

If your website does not have this, then we tell you, your clients are not well-convinced with your message. In our socially-fueled society, word of mouth is vital. And who better vouch for you than your delighted consumers. Testimonials are very vital for a website particularly on your homepage and landing pages since it promotes trust and interest to really give your company a try. But make it human, make it honest. Otherwise, a planned effort would make it go down the toilet. Make it believable, brief, succinct, and from a person of authority.

The Incorrect Color Combinations

Customers nowadays are not just social, but also visual. Nothing drives a consumer away faster than an unappealing color scheme. Color has a significant influence on your company since it determines the immediate reaction upon impact. Different colors elicit different feelings in different individuals; a basic study of color psychology will suffice. “Am I getting my message through to my potential clients with the color combination I have now?” is an excellent topic to ponder. Colors are difficult to work with. When it comes to websites, it’s more about conversion than about personal taste.

Inaccurate and difficult-to-find data

When it comes to websites, failing to update or providing incorrect information, particularly information connected to numbers such as prices and locations, is a sin. Check them on a regular basis and update the webpage in case you relocate or alter shop hours. Social media alone will not keep your clients informed. Remember that Google monitors your website and displays the information in search results. Make it simple for your consumers to locate by having the menu bar prominent and accessible to them.

Sign-Ups that are aggressive

This refers to websites that demand users to sign up or provide information such as email addresses before they may access the site. This style of hostility is harmful since it makes your consumer suspicious and provides no value to them. Make your website visitor-friendly unless you are a major newspaper or a research journal site.

Plays audio or video automatically

If you chance to go through your Facebook newsfeed and have a minor heart attack because a video plays, that’s the same heart attack you’ll have if you have a video or music blaring on clients who visit your website. You are not only putting your clients in shock, but you are also slowing down the load time of your site. If you must include video on your landing page or homepage, put it on mute or offer the visitor the option of playing it or not.

Conclusion
