The best UX designers have the ability to empathize with their teammates and users. Without a good working relationship, it can be difficult to create an outstanding product. Building strong relationships with other departments will improve collaboration and can help you to avoid conflicts. It is also important to establish trust, so that everyone on your team can work towards the same goal.

In order to foster productive relationships, you need to develop a good attitude. This will help you to make your teammates feel more confident about themselves. This will affect the way they work together, and will also impact their desire to stay on the team.
