Serena Williams

Oprah Winfrey.
You’ve most likely answered:
A tennis player
A former First Lady

No, not the same answers as you.
In fact, they won’t recognize them.
Do you know why?
Because of their dark skin.
When you build a product, you build it to solve your problem. Sure. However, you’re also building it to solve the problem of people. You are unique to yourself like every single person, too.
How do you ensure that your product isn’t overlooking on people who are multi-faceted?
Skin tones come in various “pantone” colours. So, before you build a product that aims to recognize people. Ask yourself if you’ve added skin tone as a criteria then add the skin tones that don’t look like yours.
