As I was drinking my coffee this morning, I grabbed my iPad and Apple Pencil for a quick Miro Morning session. I wanted to write down my thoughts and come up with an efficient framework to creating and publishing content, capturing my process.

Here’s the output of my Miro board.

A diagram of an idea connected to 8 pieces of social media posts

Start with an idea. Script it. Make graphics. Record a video!

Once you do these three main tasks you’re ready to post-produce at least 8 pieces of content.

Post 1: Take the script, edit it into a Medium post (like this one)

Post 2: Take the blog post and share it on LinkedIn

Post 3: Edit the script into a Twitter thread

Post 4: Put the graphics you made on instagram as a carousel

Post 5: Post the video on YouTube

Post 6: Chop up pieces of the video and post them to Instagram’s IGTV or REELS—this has the potential of becoming multiple posts.

Post 7: The same clips from post 6 can be shared on TikTok

Post 8: Rip the audio from the YouTube video and post it as a podcast

What does your content creation process look like? Let me know in the comments below.

Happy creating and remember, EVERYTHING IS DESIGNED!
