ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, PROMPT ENGINEERING & GPT-4 DEVELOPMENTS
A Guide to Smarter Prompts for Unparalleled AI-Generated Content
Includes GPT-4 parameters like Top-P, Temperature, Logit Bias, Frequency Penalty, Presence Penalty, and more!
Prompt engineering is the key to unlocking GPT’s full potential, giving you the power to fine-tune AI-generated content to meet your specific needs. I’ve been doing this since 2021, which in this fast-paced field makes me a seasoned Yoda (but with superior syntax) in this rapidly evolving domain.
So, relax and prepare to absorb wisdom, young padawan. What do I ask in return? A few appreciative claps! Also, don’t hesitate to share this article on your social platforms, so we can all elevate our prompting powers together.

Decoding GPT Models
GPT-101: Demystifying language models
Generative Pre-trained Transformer (GPT) models like GPT-3 and GPT-4, developed by OpenAI, are AI systems designed to understand and generate human-like text. Trained on massive datasets, including web pages, books, and articles (300 billion words in total), they predict and complete text, making them powerful tools for natural language processing tasks.
GPT-3 and GPT-4: Delving into the details
GPT-3, the predecessor to GPT-4, made waves back in 2020 with its impressive capabilities of 175 billion parameters (also called “neural weight”). GPT-4, the latest iteration in the GPT family, takes it further, showcasing more advanced language, reasoning, and generation skills.
While the exact number of parameters in GPT-4 is not publicly disclosed, cautious estimates of results suggest it has around 20% more parameters than GPT-3. This impressive increase doesn’t reach the insane 100 trillion parameters experts predicted in January, but GPT-4 still offers significant advancements, such as multimodal capabilities, which allow the model to process and generate not only text but also images and other types of data.
