1. Abstract psychedelia
Psychedelia is associated with hallucinogenic substances and creative experimentation against the backdrop of social revolution. In short, psychedelia is synonymous with a certain openness. These days, the chaotic images of psychedelia promote freedom, giving designers the feeling that they are not restricted by convention.
In 2023, graphic designers will therefore revive psychedelia by using a lot of intense and complex colors and abstract elements, which would make M.C. Escher himself was very happy. These designs have a life of their own, in both their layout and their complexity, as no two are alike.
